Refund policy

At Gulf Mercado, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
• To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
